Here at EBIKE PARTS AUSTRALIA, we know how annoying shipping charges are, so thats why we offer FREE* Shipping over $99 or Flat $8 for orders under $100 within Australia!

Expect Longer than usual Delivery Delays on Bulky Freight during COVID-19 and Peak Festive Shopping Periods of anywhere from 4 to 15 Business Days. Although we anticipate this to not be the case, it has occurred on odd occasions particularly in COVID or Storm effected areas.

*Free Shipping Exclusions:
Oversized Heavy Items Over 50kg will incur a $299 Freight Fee to WA, VIC, QLD, NSW, TAS & NT. Items subject to this surcharge are EBIKE Range. Fee's will also apply to Remote Locations.

Remote Locations & Islands:
Surcharges will Apply for all orders going to extremely Remote Locations or Islands across Australia (Eg. Macquarie Island, Thursday Island, Kangaroo Island, Russel Island etc) and we reserve the right to cancel any order to such location or adjust shipping fee's where necessary, we recommend Contacting Us for a Quote if you believe you may be subject to such charges.

Who We Ship With

  • Small Parcels - AusPost, Aramex (Fastway) or Couriers Please

  • Medium Parcels - AusPost, Aramex (Fastway) or Couriers Please

  • Large Parcels - AusPost, Aramex (Fastway), Couriers Please or Toll Ipec

  • E-Bikes - Toll Ipec with Signature Required

TNT Express (Only Applicable for up to 25kg items) and Toll Ipec Shipping Insurance is Optional and Available to Select at the Checkout. On occasion we may ship articles via Australia Post for more remote areas where other carriers are not able to service.

Missed Deliveries
We advise to always ship to an attended Address, if you are unable to do so you can also speak to a friend, family member or even local bike store about possibly receipting and/or building for you as our services are Signature on Delivery and no items will be left at doorsteps, if so any missed deliveries will incur additional fees.

Shipping Insurance
We highly recommend that all customers opt for shipping insurance at the checkout, especially for high value items. Any lost, missing or damages caused to product during the freight process we accept no liability for, so this is your sole responsibility. Shipping Insurance is available on items up to a maximum value of $5,000 at the checkout. 

Order Processing


All orders placed are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. Processing time does not include the overall shipping time. If your order does not arrive within 16 Business Days of the fulfilment shipment date please notify us by emailing Ebikepartsau@gmail.com along with your order number.

Estimated Delivery & Tracking Information

How Your Order is Shipped
All products are shipped boxed and/or packed securely of which some items such as Bikes are sent 80% Assembled and may require professional assembly before use. If you are not confident in assembling your product safely please visit a local bike store or dealer to do so as incorrect assembly may result in your warranty becoming void.

Correct Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is correct and your address is attended by someone who can sign for your delivery, as once we ship your order we cannot recover the cost of lost or stolen goods and/or re-delivery fee's.
